I've been using a flat top griddle for about a year now and finally decided to invest in a proper set of accessories to go with it. This kit covered everything I needed and then some. The spatulas are well-made and come in different sizes, which makes a real difference when you're cooking a variety of things at once. The melting dome was something I hadn't tried before and it's been a revelation — a few seconds over the burger and the cheese is perfectly melted every time. The burger press and patty mould work well together for getting consistent results. The squeeze bottles are handy for oil and the scraper makes cleaning the griddle afterwards far less of a chore. The carry bag is sturdy and keeps everything in order. Solid quality throughout and very reasonable for what you get. Thoroughly recommended.
